This is a common problem when surfing the web. Many sites or downloads install
trojan horse or spyware on your computer to either popup
advertising campaigns or use your computer for other purposes.
Download this FREE program - Ad Aware 6.0.1 - install it and run it on your computer to check
for any spyware, adware or other trojan horses. Please make a backup of everything and follow directions and recommendations when using ad aware. This is a good program
to always keep handy to run every few months to check your computer doesn't get infected.
This is the main problem with accessing and viewing the site. Follow the steps below to ensure your
cookies are set to the right settings in order to fully maximize your prepaid fantasy card:
Go to "Tools" -> "Internet Options" at the top of your Internet Explorer browser:
(will vary depending on the browser you are using)

Next Step: "Delete Cookies" - and "Delete Files"
This will delete all old stored cookies and your temporary internet files.

Next Step: Click on the "Privacy" Tab at the top

Next Step: Set your Privacy to "Low"

One of the reasons you are having problems viewing the feeds is because
you don't have one of the following required FREE video players. Please make sure you
have all 3 of these free video applications installed:
1.) Microsoft Windows Media Player
2.) Real Player
3.) Quicktime
We have thousands and thousands of videos and it varies as to which of the above software packages they use, so we recomend having them all installed on your computer so
you have no problems when viewing the videos inside our members areas.

>>> How come the feeds are SLOW or NOT coming up at all?
Very rarely you'll see the feeds run slow or sometimes not load at all. Don't be alarmed. This is caused by net congestion, or the occasional server lag. Try back in 15-30 minutes and the problem should be resolved. If there is more questions, please contact our support staff below to get it fixed asap.
